You can permanently delete your ME & The Robots: Collector account from inside the app. You do not need to email anyone, and there is no waiting period.
How to delete it
- Open the app.
- Go to
Settings. - Scroll to
Delete accountand confirm.
If you signed in with Apple, you will be asked to confirm with Apple during deletion. This is how we disconnect your Apple ID from the app completely, rather than just removing your account on our side.
If you see “Please sign in again”, sign out, sign back in, and try once more. This happens when it has been a while since you last signed in.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes:
- Your sign-in and account record
- Your gameplay data — cards owned, streaks, experience, levels, achievements, rewards claimed, and progress
- Your notification token, so notifications stop
This happens automatically and cannot be undone. Some records may be retained briefly where required for legal, security or backup purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
