About the app
ME & The Robots: Collector is a free digital collectible card game. You claim a free booster pack each day, open it to discover cards, and build a collection. Duplicate cards convert into an in-game currency, and you earn streaks, experience, levels and achievements as you play. There are no purchases — everything in the app is free.
Common questions
How do I get cards?
Claim your free booster pack each day and open it. Coming back on consecutive days builds a streak, which earns you bonus boosters.
I already have this card — is that wasted?
No. Duplicates convert into in-game currency automatically, which goes towards further rewards.
How do I turn notifications on or off?
Open Settings in the app and use the notification options there. You can also turn notifications off for the app entirely in your device settings.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and your gameplay data. If you signed in with Apple, you will be asked to confirm with Apple so that we can fully disconnect your Apple ID from the app.

I lost my progress / I can’t sign in
Make sure you are signing in with the same method you used originally — email, Google, or Apple. These create separate accounts even when the email address looks the same. If you are still stuck, email us and include the address you signed up with.
The app won’t load or is behaving oddly
Check your internet connection first, then close and reopen the app. If it persists, email us with your device model and what you were doing — the app reports crashes automatically, so we may already have the details.
